What options are available for payment?
We accept private insurance, medicaid and private pay options including credit cards.
What type of licences and certifications do you have?
We are licensed and by the state of Georgia. All nurses aides are certified and receive training and in-services on the job quarterly. Additionally all CNAs have CPR and first aid training.
Will my ExcelCare home care nurse or aid be trained in my loved one’s disability?
Yes. One of our registered nurses will provide a consultation and create a care plan just for you. Then one of our CNAs will be assigned to your case. This ensures that the CNA is familiar with the exact care that you need.
What are your hours?
We provide in home care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During your consultation, the RN will help set a schedule that suits your needs.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5pm.
