ExcelCare employs registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs). Our stringent hiring standards, ongoing supervision, 24-hour clinical support, and comprehensive training and education ensure that our caregivers give you and your family members the highest quality home health care services available.
We follow all Georgia state requirements, thoroughly verify credentials, references, and experience, and perform criminal background checks on all applicants. After in-depth interviews and hands-on skills assessments, we also evaluate their compassion, excellence, and reliability—the core values of ExcelCare.
All caregivers are supervised by an RN clinical manager, who makes regular supervisory visits to your home. Our caregivers are also required to demonstrate their competency annually with hands-on skills assessments and performance evaluations. We believe in continuously improving our work through evaluation, education, and training.
